[Repost on 4/27 (Thu)] Added extension of application deadline and application method.

FC Tokyo will hold the "Parent-Child Soccer Class in Fukagawa" on May 4 (Thu, holiday).
We will be conducting a parent-child soccer class for U-5 and U-6 children and their parents, led by coaches from the FC Tokyo Promotion Department.
This is a valuable opportunity for parents and children to interact through soccer, so we look forward to the participation of many people.

U-5 and U-6 children and their guardians 96 pairs 192 people
※If there are many applicants, a lottery will be conducted.

□ Participation Fee (per group)
Selected Class: 1,000 yen (tax included) *Includes event insurance fee
General: 2,000 yen (tax included) *Includes event insurance fee
(Payment will be made at the reception on the day.)

May 2 (Tue) until 17:00, we will accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis by phone (03-5600-4441 / FC Tokyo Soccer School Office). 　
Once the capacity is reached, we will close the recruitment, so please understand. 　
Telephone reception is available from 10:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

□ Announcement of Election Results
We will contact you by email by Apr 28 (Fri).
※Regardless of whether you are selected or not, we will definitely reply by April 28th, so if you do not receive any contact, please contact the Soccer School Office (03-5600-4441).
