Due to popular demand in Tokyo, we will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in May as well. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium". If you want to kick the ball! If you want to learn the basics of futsal! If you want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who are complete beginners.

Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
In May, it is said that the ultraviolet rays become stronger. Since it is a gymnasium, there is no worry about sunburn or cancellation due to rain.
We are looking forward to your participation, from all the coaches.
Please make sure to check as we have divided into categories for both men and women, as well as a category for women only.

※The term "超初級クラス" refers to individuals who have no prior experience or knowledge of soccer or futsal.

Sec. 1 (9:30-11:00) Beginners over 18 years old, both male and female
Sec. 2 (11:30-13:00) Beginners over 18 years old, female only

Number of Participants
16 participants for both Division 1 and Division 2 ※In case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held (Priority will be given to beginners and first-time applicants.)
※Women can participate in either one or both.

※There are no basic cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no alternative rescheduling. 

□Event Time
Sec. 1 9:30-11:00 (90 minutes)
Sec. 2 11:30-13:00 (90 minutes)

Reception Hours
Sec. 1 (8:45-9:25)
Sec. 2 (11:05-11:25)
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Reception for Sec. 2 will start after Sec. 1 ends, so you cannot enter until Sec. 1 is finished. Please be aware of this.

Course Introduction

We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
 
□Coaching Staff (Basic 2-person system)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※Responsible for futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yuta Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Women & Beginners Class) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches from the Development Department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)

□Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) on the day of the event.
・Please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Fri) in case of cancellation.
※Please note that if it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.
Cancellation fee will be charged at the next participation.

□Application Method
We will extend the application period for "Section 2 (11:30-13:00) for female beginners aged 18 and above (female only)".
May 26 (Fri) until 17:00, we will accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis by phone (03-5600-4441 / FC Tokyo Soccer School Office). Please note that we will close the recruitment as soon as the capacity is reached.

※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.
※There may be availability, so after the deadline, the application format will be closed, so please confirm and contact us once by phone (03-5600-4441).

※If there are many applications, participants will be determined by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, ・For the event held on May 27 (Sat), it will be announced on May 19 (Fri) at 17:00.

[Regarding Waiting List]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact the winners again by phone only if there is a cancellation and another lottery is conducted here.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
※The ball is prepared here.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
※We will use your personal information such as your address and name for contacting you regarding this matter and providing information related to FC Tokyo.
