FC Tokyo will hold the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium" "Parent and Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Sports Class".
We will exercise using a ball while enjoying with parent and child.
Experience the fun of sports, soccer, and futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
Due to the gymnasium, there are no rain cancellations and no dirtiness.
We are looking forward to your participation, from all the coaches.

※We will gradually incorporate elements of soccer and futsal into the exercise using a ball. It can be done sufficiently even if you do not usually play soccer or futsal. The coaches will guide you gently and carefully.

Both categories have 12 pairs ※In case of multiple applications, there will be a lottery

※There are no basic cancellations, but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, there will be no alternative rescheduling.

※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Please note that the reception will be held after the previous class ends, so you will not be able to enter until the class is over.

We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Creating Movement with Parents and Children
・Ball exercise with parent and child
・Parent-child soccer and futsal technical training
・Parent-child match
□Coaching Staff (Basic 2-person system)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu・Koganei Gymnasium) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu・Gaien).
・Yuta Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Soccer Class C)
※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of soccer school.
・Other coaches from the Development Department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) on the day of the event.
・Please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Fri) in case of cancellation.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
