Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in July at the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who are complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
July is the summer season, but since it is a gymnasium, there is less worry about getting sunburned and being bitten by mosquitoes.
We are looking forward to your participation, from all the coaches.
Also, this time, it is divided into a super beginner category for both men and women, and a category for women only (there is no level division, but those who are competitive are not allowed). Please be sure to check.

☆Beginners of both genders aged 18 and above
☆Only females aged 16 and above (level does not matter, but competitive mindset is not allowed)

Number of Recruits
16 people for both Division 1 and Division 2 ※In case of multiple applications, there will be a lottery (beginners and first-time applicants will be given priority).
※Women can participate in either one or both, but if you choose to participate in both, you will need to pay for both.

Course Introduction

We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
 
□Coaching Staff (Basic 2-person system)
・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Soccer Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※Responsible for futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Yuta Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Women & Beginners Class) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches from the Development Department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)

□Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) on the day of the event.
・Please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Fri) in case of cancellation.
※Please note that if it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.
Cancellation fee will be charged at the next participation.

※After applying, there will be no confirmation email. You will receive an email regarding your participation status after the deadline.
※Jul 8 (Sat) additional recruitment will be conducted by phone (03-5600-4441 / weekdays 10:00-17:00). Once the capacity is reached, we will close the recruitment.

[Regarding Waiting List]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact the winners again by phone only if there is a cancellation and another lottery is conducted here.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.

※There are changing rooms and showers available.
