FC Tokyo will hold the "Parent and Child Ball (Soccer/Futsal) Exercise Class" at the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
We will exercise using a ball while enjoying with parent and child.
Experience the fun of sports, soccer, and futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
Due to the gymnasium, there are no rain cancellations and no dirtiness.
We are looking forward to your participation, from all the coaches.

※We will gradually incorporate elements of soccer and futsal into the exercise using a ball. It can be done sufficiently even if you do not usually play soccer or futsal. The coaches will guide you gently and carefully.

※There is a parking lot, but the number of spaces is limited, so please come by public transportation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1st part: Parent and child of year-round and senior (11:15-12:15)
2nd part: Parent and child of 1st grade and 2nd grade (12:30-13:30)
□ Reception Hours
1st Division: U-5 and U-6 parent-child (11:05～11:15)
2nd Division: 1st grade and 2nd grade parent-child (12:20～12:30)
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※Reception will be held after the adult futsal class that is currently taking place ends, so please note that you will not be able to enter until the class is over.
Also, since there are other sports organizations within the facility, please be sure to keep an eye on your small children at all times.

※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of soccer school.
・Other coaches from the Development Department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)
Participation fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid at the venue = First Sports Room Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) on the day of the event.
・If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact the school office by phone no later than 17:00 on the previous day (Fri).
