Tournament Format
・The league will be conducted with a league format where each of the 12 teams plays against each other in the 2nd Round.
※Also applies to the second division league
・Teams that finish at the bottom of the 1st division and the top 2 teams of the 2nd division will be automatically relegated and promoted, respectively, to the next season's league.
・The 24 teams participating in the Kanto League (Division 1 and 2) are given the right to participate in the "Kanto Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15)" and the "Takamado Trophy All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship Kanto Tournament".
・The top teams in the Kanto League will be given the opportunity to participate in the "Takamado Cup All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship" (The number of participating teams will be the number of teams minus 3 from the Kanto allocation in the 2015 fiscal year [the current number of teams is undecided]).

Match Format
・The match duration is 80 minutes (40 minutes for each half), and if there is no winner, it will be a draw.
・The halftime interval is generally 10 minutes (from the end of the first half to the start of the second half)
