[U-18] Germany Expedition Report Day 8 (Final Day)

Today is the final day of the Germany expedition.
In the unfortunate weather of cold rain falling since morning, I visited Cologne Cathedral by bus.
After shopping at nearby facilities, check in at a hotel near Frankfurt Airport. Departure for the return flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
Through this expedition, it is possible that we were able to directly experience, fight, and absorb the essence of soccer at the top level of the German youth generation, and pursue the attitude of soccer.
I want to build on what I have achieved so far as FC Tokyo U-18, and further enhance this experience to confidently challenge the Premier League, which will start shortly after returning home, in the new season.
We would like to express our gratitude to all those involved for their efforts in making this Germany expedition possible.
Thank you very much.

Captain Takuya Watanabe's comment
"I felt that personally, the physical aspect was effective during this expedition, but I still feel that the speed is lacking."
At first, the team as a whole was surprised by the physical strength and speed. However, we were able to compete evenly with our strong points such as passing. It was a very valuable experience to actually feel what we were lacking, such as finishing ability.
I want to express what I have experienced here in Japan firmly, as the Premier League will start soon after returning to Japan.

※We will conclude the report on the Germany expedition in today's report.
