1. Please download the application form (here). Fill in the necessary information and make sure to obtain the approval stamp from the representative or coach of your affiliated team.
2. Pay the participation fee (3,100 yen) at a Loppi (ロッピー) machine located inside a nearby Lawson (or Ministop) store.

Please submit "FC Tokyo U-18 Selection [Participation Ticket]" at the reception on the day.
【STEP3】
1. Application form with the coach's approval stamp
2. Copy of "U-18 Selection [Participation Ticket]"
Please enclose the above 1 and 2 and send them by mail, by July 28 (Thu) 17:00 at the latest.
※We will only send notification emails to those who have completed both web registration and mailing of the application form.
