In order to organize the U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2017 year, we will conduct selections for new 1st year junior high school students (current 6th graders) based on the following criteria.

※We will inform you separately about the meeting time at a later date.
※If the event cannot be held on the scheduled day due to bad weather or other reasons, it will be rescheduled for a backup date.

Please make the payment of the participation fee (3,100 yen) at the nearby Lawson (or Ministop) store where Loppi is installed.

① Application form with the coach's approval stamp
② Copy of "U-15 Selection [Application Ticket]"
Please enclose the above ① and ② and mail them by Aug 12 (Fri) 17:00, ensuring they arrive by that date.
