※"Menicon Cup 2016 Japan Club Youth Soccer East-West Match (U-15)" is a tournament in which players are divided into East and West based on the location of their club, and EAST and WEST compete in a 40-minute half match.
※ "The 31st Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15)" and "JCY Intercity Cup (U-15) EAST" and "JCY Intercity Cup (U-15) WEST" will select outstanding players from the participating teams and divide them into East and West based on the location of their affiliated clubs to form the Menicon Cup participating teams.
