5th Day of Dubai Expedition
Today is the final day of the Dubai expedition.
In the morning, I went sightseeing to experience the modern development of Dubai.
I enjoyed exploring the beautiful beaches and experiencing the differences between Dubai and my usual life in Japan.
In the afternoon, there will be a training match with the U-17 Champion team from the UAE starting at 18:30.
U-17 UAE representative has 3 players, LE SHABAB U-17 played a match in 3 sets of 25 minutes.
The first set was won with a score of 1-0, with Aoki's left-footed shot piercing the side net in the 19th minute.
In the second set, at the 13th minute, Inamura calmly scored a goal from Aoki's cross ball, leading to a 1-0 victory.
In the 3rd set, despite conceding the opening goal in the first 3 minutes, Sugawara equalized with a penalty kick he earned himself in the 15th minute.
However, we conceded another goal shortly after in the 17th minute and suffered a defeat with a score of 1-2. Nevertheless, we won with a total score of 3-2 in the three sets.
The reason we were able to overcome the strength of the Middle Eastern ball and intense tackles and achieve victory is due to the results of individual efforts in addressing specific challenges during this expedition and Coach Fujiyama's passion (commitment to goals, commitment to victory, commitment to quality).
Winning in training matches and tournaments.
The experience of spending every day with my teammates at the hotel during the training camp is what defines my time in Dubai.
I will continue to make efforts to connect this experience to the next level and further level up.
Don't forget to express your gratitude to the staff and hotel personnel in Dubai who took care of you, as you return to Japan from Dubai International Airport late at night.
