[U-15 Musashi] 3rd day of the Netherlands expedition

Day 3 of the Netherlands expedition.
I went for a walk before breakfast today and started the day with radio exercises.
Each player performs this radio calisthenics with different levels of consciousness, some with a smile and enjoying it, while others seem a bit reluctant.
Players are made aware that there are opportunities for growth by approaching even small things positively.

Training after breakfast, requesting a natural grass court in preparation for the Marc-Olivier Fernandez Easter International Tournament, which will be attended starting from the 15th.
Started training with gratitude towards those who moved to fulfill the requests.
Training with a focus on defending in the front and exerting strength and achieving results in crucial moments, which were the challenges identified in yesterday's training match.
Spend a fulfilling time showing the intensity of battles and the determination to win while struggling on the pitch.

In the afternoon, there will be a training match between FC Dordrecht U14, who belongs to the Dutch second division league, Eerste Divisie.
However, due to traffic congestion, the bus arrived at the hotel 50 minutes late. We hurriedly departed, but we were still caught in traffic and it took over an hour to reach a place that normally takes 30 minutes. As a result, we arrived nearly 2 hours later than scheduled.
I ended up going into the game without being able to warm up much.
Furthermore, the venue is also the home stadium of FC Dordrecht, so nearly 100 spectators were present.
It became a great opportunity to test the theme of this expedition, "accepting everything," in a very difficult situation.

Both teams fiercely clash in attack and defense from the start of the match.
Gradually, Musashi holds the ball for a longer time and attacks aggressively with more players.
On the other hand, FC HELD quickly aims for the empty space as Musashi becomes more aggressive.
The balance was broken in the 13th minute, Rui Osako was initially dispossessed of the ball but quickly regained possession and then dribbled past the defenders before unleashing a left-footed shot into the goal.
After that, many people were involved and we broke through, adding 2 goals and ending the first half with a score of 3-0.
Share and communicate what you felt during the first half with your teammates during halftime.
Coach Sato says, "Increase the tempo and keep going in and out while observing the opponent's response."

They continue to aggressively press forward and prevent the opponent from having any freedom from the start of the second half.
Shaking the opponent with side changes and precise passes in the center, and scoring goals repeatedly.
However, we conceded a goal due to a slight lapse.
A long ball is played to the side from the opponent's free kick near the half line.
If you allow a cross to the goal area from here, the opponent's shot will be blocked by GK Kamoshita at first, but then the loose ball will be pushed in.
FC Dordrecht supporters showed a sudden surge of excitement, but even in the atmosphere of the venue, the players calmly responded and added one more goal towards the end, ending the game with a score of 8-1.
"We were able to show growth in terms of accepting everything, but it was still a day where our own weaknesses were exposed."

Tomorrow, we will have training in the morning and then move in the afternoon for the Marc Overmars Easter International Tournament.
The players want to prepare themselves properly starting from tonight's dinner, so that they can enter the tournament in the best possible condition.
