Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, please see the following and thank you. Please note that if you are also applying for Club Support Membership at the same time, we will send it together with the annual ticket.
※If you apply for an annual ticket and club support member separately, they will be sent separately, so please understand in advance.
1. Recruitment starts ~ Jan 11 (Mon) for those who apply
⇒Feb 12 (Fri) shipping
※We are sending them out in order, so please wait a little longer for them to arrive
From Jan 12 (Tue) to Jan 24 (Sun), for those who applied
⇒Shipped on Feb 18 (Thu)
※Please note that the ticket collection period has been shortened until Feb 27 (Sat), which is the eligible match for annual tickets.
From now on, those who have applied will receive it at the venue.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※Please prepare the payment for cash on delivery when receiving it. Thank you for your cooperation.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice to arrange for redelivery.
Delivery of □ Club Support Members
Club support member shipments will be sent out starting from Feb 17 (Wed).
For customers considering using the home general admission ticket exchange voucher for the Omiya match on Feb 27 (Sat), if you apply and make payment on the web by Feb 21 (Sun), it will be possible to deliver various benefits including membership cards and home general admission ticket exchange vouchers by the Omiya match.
Please note that if you apply using the "Continued Payment Handling Ticket", "Loppi", "Bank Transfer", or "Postal Payment", it may take some time to process your application and there is a possibility that we may not be able to deliver it by February 27th (Sat). Thank you for your understanding in advance.
