To all 2017 SOCIO・Club Support Members

This is a guide for the delivery date of tickets and membership cards for those who have applied for annual tickets and club support members.
 

Delivery of Annual Tickets

Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it.
※If you apply for an annual ticket and club support member separately, they will be sent separately, so please understand in advance.
 

1. Recruitment starts ~ Sep 9 (Mon) for those who apply by Jan 9 (Mon, holiday)
⇒Shipped on Feb 10 (Fri)
 
From Jan 10 (Tue) arrival to Jan 22 (Sun) arrival, for those who have applied
⇒Shipped on Feb 16 (Thu)
 

Customers who apply after the above will receive their items at the venue.
 

※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※For those who choose cash on delivery, please prepare the payment amount in advance. Thank you.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice to arrange for redelivery.
 

Delivery of □ Club Support Members
Club support member shipments will be sent out starting from Feb 15 (Wed).
※It will take about 2 weeks for the membership card and benefits to arrive, so customers who are considering using the home general admission ticket exchange voucher for the Omiya match on Mar 4 (Sat) are requested to apply and make payment by Feb 19 (Sun).
