(2) Confirm whether you want to continue automatically
1) For those who have already selected "Yes" ⇒ Application to the campaign is complete
2) For those who have selected "No" ⇒ Application to the campaign is not yet complete
Follow the on-screen instructions to register your credit card information. After registering your credit card information, if the "Automatic Renewal" field is set to "Yes", your application for the campaign is complete.
