・Operated in accordance with the "JFA Competition Operation and Management Regulations" of the Japan Football Association (JFA).
・In the Main Stand (M1-M16 area) and Back Stand (B28-B41 area), the following actions are prohibited.
(1) Continuous support
(2) Bringing and using musical instruments such as drums
(3) Bringing and using large flags
※There are no specific restrictions on the lower stand area behind the goal in the general seating area.
・The following actions are prohibited within the venue.
(1) Use of megaphones towards the pitch
※This can only be used when it is intended to control support towards the stands.
(2) Bringing and using confetti, streamers, and balloons
(3) Crossing over, sitting on, or standing up on the front fence of the stands
(4) Standing up on chairs or putting feet on the backrest of chairs
(5) Intentionally reserving spaces using flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.
※We kindly ask for your cooperation so that as many people as possible can sit.
(6) Taking photographs or videos of competitions, ceremonies, spectators, etc. for commercial purposes.
(7) Broadcasting all or part of the tournament's audio or video through the internet or other media without prior permission from the organizer.
(8) Engaging in acts that disrupt the operation or progress of the match, cause inconvenience or danger to others (including referees, participating teams, supporters, and others), or engage in acts that the organizer or designated security personnel deem to have such concerns.
(9) Making discriminatory or insulting remarks or actions based on race, skin color, gender, language, religion, politics, or background, etc.
(10) In addition to the above, engaging in speech or actions that violate public order and morals.
