We will provide information about the annual ticket resale, which has become a SOCIO benefit starting from the 2018 season.
Please confirm the following steps and precautions when using the resale site, and proceed with the resale procedure.

■Annual Ticket Resale Procedure
(1)Select the match you want to list for sale from the FC Tokyo page on StubHub.jp (https://www.stubhub.jp/f-c-tokyo-tickets/ca9273).
(2) Enter ticket details from the "Sell Tickets" button in the upper right corner of the page.
※Please select "Membership Card" as the format.
※Enter your seat type for your annual ticket and select "No" for ticket delivery preparation.
As the match approaches, you will no longer be able to choose the ticket delivery option. In that case, selecting this item is unnecessary.
※For "pair seats", they are sold as a set. For "family (adult + U18 set ticket)" and "family 2 (adult + U18 + U18)", they can be sold as a set or only one "adult" ticket can be sold. (※It is not possible to list only "U18" tickets.) For the number of tickets, please select "1" for "pair seats" and "adult" tickets. For "family (adult + U18 set ticket)", please select "2", and for "family 2 (adult + U18 + U18)", please select "3". Please select "all together" for the listing method.
(3) Set the listing price.
※The maximum resale price is the advance price.
(4) Enter customer information. Log in to your StubHub.jp account or create an account if this is your first time listing.
(5) Set the method of receiving the payment when the sale is established.
※If you are already registered, your registration information will be displayed.
(6) Click "Complete" after confirming the registered information on the confirmation screen.
(7) Please send your SOCIO number (5 digits) to the contact information in the email when you receive a confirmation email from StubHub.jp.
※For "Pair Seats", "Family (Adult + U18 Set Ticket)", and "Family 2", please send the SOCIO numbers for all seats. For "Pair Seats" and "Family (Adult + U18 Set Ticket)", please send 2 SOCIO numbers. For "Family 2 (Adult + U18 + U18)", please send 3 SOCIO numbers. ※If you are only selling one "Adult" ticket for "Family (Adult + U18 Set Ticket)" or "Family 2", please send only one SOCIO number.
(8) Listing is now complete!
※No need to send annual tickets (SOCIO cards or seat stickers).
(9) You will receive a notification by email when your ticket is purchased. The payment will be made after the game.
■Notes
●To sellers - Listing annual tickets is only possible after receiving SOCIO cards and seat stickers.
・Resale is only possible for annual tickets, and they can be sold as individual game tickets. We do not accept the resale of other tickets. If you list non-annual tickets, paper tickets, e-tickets, etc., we will cancel them without prior notice.
- The tickets you list will be displayed on the page according to general sales. The registration process for listing can be done until 3 business days before each match. Regarding sales, they will be displayed on the page until 2 business days before each match from the official general sales date.
●Notice from FC Tokyo
If the sale is completed on StubHub, the right to attend the annual ticket match will be lost. Therefore, the visit function of the SOCIO card will be temporarily suspended. If you purchase a separate ticket and attend, please be careful as an error will occur when you touch the "IC card" to the one-touch pass terminal at the entrance gate.
●To purchasers ・Ticket purchases are available from the official general sales date until 2 business days before the match. After completing the purchase process, we will send you a purchase confirmation email, so please present the purchase confirmation email and identification at the "Ticket Pick-up Counter" on the day of the match. We will exchange it for a paper ticket.
・Redemption is possible from 2 hours before the start of the match until the end of the first half.
・Please exchange it yourself. Please note that if we cannot confirm your purchase, you may not be able to receive the ticket.
