・Operated in accordance with the "Competition Management Regulations" of the Japan Football Association (JFA).
・The following actions are prohibited in the Main Stand (M1-M16 area) and Back Stand (B28-B41 area).
(1) Continuous standing and cheering.
(2) Bringing and using drums and other musical instruments.
(3) Bringing and using large flags.
※ There are no specific restrictions for the Lower Stand Goal Area in the General Seating section.
・The following actions are prohibited inside the venue.
(1) Using a megaphone towards the pitch.
※ It can only be used if it is intended to control the cheering towards the stands.
(2) Bringing and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
(3) "Climbing, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
(4) Standing on chairs or putting feet on the backrest of chairs.
(5) Intentionally reserving seats using flags, ropes, tape, flagpoles, etc.
※ We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that as many people as possible can sit.

(6) Bringing unmanned aircraft (drones, remote-controlled aircraft, etc.) or flying them (including operations from outside the facility)

(7) Taking photographs or videos of competitions, ceremonies, spectators, etc. for commercial purposes.
(8) Broadcasting all or part of the tournament's audio or video through the internet or other media without prior permission from the organizer.
(9) Engaging in acts that disrupt the operation or progress of the match, cause inconvenience or danger to others (including referees, participating teams, supporters, and others), or engage in acts that the organizer or designated security personnel deem to have such concerns.
(10) Making discriminatory or insulting remarks or actions based on race, skin color, gender, language, religion, politics, or background, etc.
(11) In addition to the above, engaging in speech or actions that violate public order and morals.

・Bringing bottles and cans is prohibited, so please transfer them to paper cups at the entrance and enter.
