During halftime, we will be conducting the "DAZN Challenge" on the pitch at Ajinomoto Stadium, and we will present a prize of 1 million yen to those who succeed!

Participants who apply for the DAZN Challenge (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") from this page will be deemed to have agreed to these application conditions.

○Campaign application target
1. Those who applied for "DAZN Challenge" during the period from July 6th (Fri) 10:00 to July 9th (Mon) 23:59 in 2018.
2. Anyone who is an adult residing in Japan can apply.

※Employees of Perform Investment Limited and Perform Investment Limited group companies are kindly requested to refrain from applying for this campaign.

○Regarding lottery and announcement of winners
1. After the application period ends, we will conduct a strict lottery at our company and announce the 5 winners by 6:00 PM on July 13th (Friday).
2. Winners will receive an email from DAZN to the email address provided at the time of application. After that, winners who have confirmed their selection will receive an email regarding the pair tickets (Main S Reserved Seats) for the 2018 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 18 FC Tokyo vs V-Varen Nagasaki match and participation rights for the DAZN Challenge.
※Winners will be contacted individually for the announcement of the results. Please note that we cannot accept any inquiries regarding the selection process or winning, thank you for your understanding.

※If it is determined that you do not meet the application requirements, we reserve the right to invalidate your winning rights. ※If the winner cannot be confirmed within 24 hours after the winning notification, a new winner will not be selected. In that case, there is a possibility that the number of DAZN Challenge participants will be less than 5.

Notes on Prizes
1. Participation rights for DAZN Challenge are limited to the winners themselves. Transfer, exchange, and resale to third parties are not allowed.
2. Prior to participating in the DAZN Challenge, the winners must agree to the separate "Liability, Risk, and Waiver of Compensation Agreement," so please understand this in advance.
3. If it is determined by the organizer that the same person has been selected multiple times with the same address, name, etc., there is a possibility that you will be asked to present identification. If identification cannot be confirmed, please note that we may cancel your winning rights. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
