3. Overview
Ryoya OGAWA's passenger car was traveling on the New Ome Highway, a two-lane road, towards Shinjuku. It stopped near the "Hanakoganei 4-chome" intersection due to a red light. After the light turned green, the car attempted to move into the overtaking lane (right lane), but collided with a stationary vehicle (a medium-sized motorcycle) ahead.
There were no injuries to the male driver of the vehicle that was involved in the collision and to player Ogawa.
After the accident, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to respond.
