We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers who have purchased these products. We will take the following measures:
1. Incident
It has been discovered that the material used in the products we have been selling, despite being made of polyurethane, is labeled as "leather" in the product name. These products have been sold under the same name since 2013, but all of them are made of polyurethane.
