To all 2019 SOCIO・Club Support Members

We would like to provide the following information regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership cards to those who have applied for annual tickets and club support membership.


Delivery of Annual Tickets

Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it.

Recruitment starts ~ Please apply by February 4th (Mon)
⇒Shipped on February 28th (Thu)

※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※For those who choose cash on delivery, please prepare the payment amount in advance. Thank you.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.
For those who apply from now on, the tickets will be handed out at the venue. However, on the day of the match, there is a possibility that it will be more crowded than usual to receive the annual tickets, so we recommend applying by Feb 4 (Mon).


□About the delivery of Club Support Members
Club support member shipments will be sent out as needed starting from Feb 5 (Tue).
