About the waiting queue (Home/Visitor)
- Please refrain from reserving seats or pasting sheets before the day of the match, as it may cause inconvenience to the facility and the surrounding area.
・Tickets will be distributed at the "Main Entrance," "East Entrance," and "South Entrance" starting from 10:00 on the day of the match. Please refer to the following for the corresponding gates for each seat type.

※The distribution for the Tosu match on 4/10 (Wed) started at 9:00, but please note that the Sendai match on 5/8 (Wed) has been changed to 10:00.

・Please note that there are "Priority Admission" and "General Admission" tickets available, so please be aware of that.
・Once you receive your numbered ticket, please leave the stadium. You will need to gather again at the time specified on the ticket.
※"Priority is at 16:00" and "General is at 17:00" are scheduled for assembly.
・When reassembling, please line up in the order of the number written on the ticket. The ticket number will be given in ascending order from the front (not random).

・Please note that once you regroup, you cannot leave the line. Thank you for your understanding.
・If you are late for the next gathering, there is a possibility that you will not be able to secure your turn. Please take note.
・When receiving a numbered ticket, we will check your admission ticket. Even if you have multiple tickets, we will only give you one.
・When receiving the "SOCIO Priority Admission" ticket, you will need to present the ticket purchased through "SOCIO Priority Sales". Please note that we cannot provide the "Priority Admission Ticket" with a combination of SOCIO card presentation and general ticket purchase.

About displaying banners (flags, banners)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

□Other Prohibited Matters

・We prohibit the display or act of banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be perceived as defamation or discrimination. As a common sense in society and as determined by our club, if we consider it as defamation or discrimination, we will remove the signage and issue a warning for the act. If the act is not stopped, the person will be expelled. Additionally, if such prohibited acts occur, there may be a ban on attending subsequent matches.

・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・You cannot bring large flags into the main stand and back stand.
