On Sunday, August 24, 2025, during the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 27 match FC Tokyo vs Kyoto Sanga F.C., a home game event was held.
[1] "Exciting! J.League Job Adventure! Go Behind the Scenes of the Stadium!"
Through this job experience, we aimed to deepen understanding of the professions involved in sports by learning about what goes on behind the scenes before a J.League match takes place, and by actually experiencing the work, to gain a sense of the fulfillment of working and an opportunity to think about one’s own future.
On the day, participants experienced various tasks including customer service at the gacha machine sales area, preparing by wiping chairs in the VIP and press seats, distributing leisure sheets and player cards at the main entrance, and more.
The school students seemed a little nervous as it was their first experience, but as they understood the system of merchandise sales and the flow of customer service, they gradually became more comfortable. Fans and supporters warmly encouraged them with phrases like "Keep it up!", and the students greeted visitors energetically!
We hope this valuable opportunity for the school students, allowing them to closely experience staff collaboration and work attitudes, serves as a trigger for them to think about working and their future.
We, the staff, look forward to the day when this experience becomes the starting point for a reunion as members of FC Tokyo!

[2] Warm-up Observation
Before the match, they closely observed the players' warm-up on the pitch, providing a valuable opportunity to learn how the players prepare their condition.
The participating school students focused intently on watching the players' preparations and experienced the stadium atmosphere created by the fans and supporters at pitch level.
Also, they were excited throughout, seeing their favorite and admired players right in front of them, waving their hands and cheering for the players!

[3] Banner Walk Kids
At halftime, first and sixth graders attending the school energetically carried the FC Tokyo Soccer & Futsal School banner as they walked around the pitch.
Although the goal was conceded just before the end of the first half, the school students quickly switched their mindset and showed us their confident walk with smiles. Their earnest efforts were met with fans and supporters waving back with smiles,
which became a great force in expanding the school community!
