Takashi Miyamoto (Head Coach)
Retired as a player at Cerezo Osaka, and from 2000 to 2016, worked as a coach in the Kashima Antlers youth development department, involved in coaching all categories. Joined FC Tokyo in 2017.
Rui Yokoe (School Master)
Played for Tokyo Gas FC Youth and has been coaching as an assistant coach for the development department since 1999. Also active as a futsal player. Joined the development department in 2011 and through careful instruction utilizing experience in soccer and futsal, will convey the charm.
Yasuhiro Terada (Event Leader)
Joined FC Tokyo in 2014 after gaining coaching experience at Musashi Soccer Academy. Will convey the joy of soccer through coaching from the perspective of children.
Mae Coach (Coach)
After playing as a MF for the Furukawa Electric Soccer Club, he transitioned to a coach at the Tokyo Gas Soccer School, the predecessor of FC Tokyo, in 1992. As a U-18 coach, he nurtured players with passionate coaching. In 2007, he became a coach for the Promotion Department and has been demonstrating his abilities since then.
Hiroshi TSUKAMOTO (Coach)
From Fujieda Higashi High School to Kagoshima University of Physical Education and then to graduate school, he pursued the path of a coach. After joining FC Tokyo, he has been active as a coach in the Promotion Department for a long time. From 2015, he has been in charge of U-12 development and scouting, and from 2023, he will once again use his wealth of experience to coach in the Promotion Department.
Arata KASAGI (Coach)
Played as a player for FC Tokyo for 2 years from 1999 while attending Kokugakuin University. After graduating, played for Sagawa Express Tokyo SC from 2003 to 2006 and FC Kariya from 2007 to 2008. Made a comeback as a coach for Tokyo in 2013. Born and raised in Tokyo, spreading the joy of soccer with a passionate heart.
Hitoshi Yoshihashi (Coach)
Played for FC Tokyo Soccer School's predecessor, Tokyo Pelé FC. After that, played for a club in Brazil during high school and then transitioned to a coach upon returning to Japan. Utilizing experience from various environments, supports children with gentle and careful instruction.
Tsubasa OSHIMA (Coach)
After graduating from Tsukuba University, he played for four clubs as a professional soccer player. As a coach, he has been involved in promotion and development at Fagiano Okayama since 2013, and at FC Tokyo since 2016. He also gained coaching experience overseas (Vietnam) from 2020 to 2021. He coaches while bringing out the initiative and motivation of children.
Nobuyuki ABE (Coach)
FC Tokyo U-18 graduate, played as a goalkeeper for FC Tokyo from 2007 to 2010 and in 2021. Joined FC Tokyo Promotion Department in 2023 after retiring from active play. Will provide guidance to help people feel and enjoy the greatness and fun of soccer for a long time.
Yasuhiro Enomoto (Coach)
As a child, I attended FC Tokyo Soccer School and later pursued futsal as an adult. I gained coaching experience as an assistant coach at FC Tokyo while playing as a player, and joined the Promotion Department in 2021. Utilizing my experience in teaching physical education for young children, I aim to share the appeal of soccer and futsal with each and every person.
Tatsuya Sugawara (Coach)
Active as a member of the Promotion Department at Montedio Yamagata until 2017, joined FC Tokyo in 2018. Utilizing the experience gained at a local club, I will convey the fun and charm of soccer to each individual from various angles, in addition to the philosophy of Tokyo.
Ryota Inoue (Coach)
After graduating from F.C.Tokyo U-15 and U-18, and attending Kagoshima University of Physical Education, he played as a goalkeeper for Gainare Tottori. After retiring, he joined the F.C.Tokyo Development Department in 2023. He will passionately convey the fun and charm of soccer with all his energy.
Takatoshi EGUCHI (Coach)
Joined as a second-generation member of FC Tokyo U-15, also played for FC Tokyo U-18. Went on to study at Ritsumeikan University and after graduating, played as a player in the JFL and overseas teams. Joined the Promotion Department in 2021 and will bring out the energy of children with FC Tokyo's loving guidance.
Yukihiro Sato (Coach)
After being involved in promotion and development at Albirex Niigata for 7 years, I joined FC Tokyo in 23. I will use my experience in coaching overseas (Myanmar) to passionately support the growth of children.
Yuzuru SHIMADA (Coach)
After coaching for 5 years at Mito Hollyhock, he joined FC Tokyo in 24 years after going through two clubs. Utilizing my past coaching experience, I will passionately convey the fun and appeal of soccer.
Kazuki SUZUKI (Coach)
FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa native. After graduating from university, he played for Kochi United SC and the Kanto League. After retiring, he has been involved in sports classes and soccer coaching for children from 1 year old to 6th grade of elementary school. Joined the FC Tokyo Promotion Department in 24 years. Utilizing his past experiences, he values not only technical skills but also character, and will coach with joy and energy.
Hiroki Sakurazawa (Coach)
From my time at Kokusai Budo University as a student coach, I have gained coaching experience and joined F.C.Tokyo in 2018. I was born and raised in Kodaira and will pass on my pure AO-AKA spirit to the children.
Ryu Uchiyama (Coach)
During my student days, I played for the Japan Sport University soccer team and joined FC Tokyo in 2018. With plenty of smiles and passionate coaching, I will continue to convey the fun and charm of soccer to children.
Kyoshiro TAKEDA (Coach)
After graduating from Shu Tok High School, he started his coaching career as a player and student coach at Sendai University Futsal Club. Afterwards, he gained coaching experience in various places and joined the development department in 2024. Interact with children with kindness and love.
Kosuke Takayama (Coach)
Studied coaching at a vocational school and gained experience as an assistant coach at F.C.Tokyo while still in school. Joined the outreach department in 2021 and will continue to support children with gentle and careful guidance.
Atsunori Tsugawa (Coach)
During his college years, he played as a goalkeeper at Juntendo University and gained experience as an assistant coach. Since 2022, he has joined the development department and passionately spreads the joy of soccer, especially for goalkeepers.
Hirokazu YAMAMOTO (Coach)
The first game I ever saw was FC Tokyo's home game. When I was in elementary school, I attended FC Tokyo's school and even now, I wrap myself in blue and red at Ajinomoto and send my support. I gained experience as a coach and assistant coach at Yokohama FC and joined the Promotion Department in 2024. I will passionately convey the charm of blue and red and the fun of being a goalkeeper.
Sho Degawa (Coach)
Graduated from FC Tokyo's school. Started playing futsal in high school and joined "Tachikawa Athletic FC" in the F League in 2022. Joined the Promotion Department in 2024 and will use their experience as a F League player to spread the appeal of soccer and futsal.
Hayate Hashimoto (Coach)
During junior high school, he played as a goalkeeper for FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi. After that, he went on to study at Tokai University Sugao High School and Josai International University. He started coaching at a club team while still in university and gained coaching experience as an assistant coach at FC Tokyo. He joined the Promotion Department in 2023. He will use his experience from other schools and his strong voice and passion for FC Tokyo to teach children about the appeal of soccer, futsal, and goalkeeping.
Daiki Kawaguchi (Coach)
Started playing football at Matsumoto Yamaga FC Academy, and as a student coach at the Department of Distribution Economics Soccer Club, was in charge of analysis from the first year, and took command of the i-League from the third year. Nurture passion and guide each player's individuality with care.
Mukai Shiyu (Coach)
Attended FC Tokyo's school during elementary school, learned coaching at a vocational school, and gained experience as an assistant coach at FC Tokyo while in school. Joined the promotion department in 24 years and will convey the fun of soccer to children with FC Tokyo's loving and enjoyable coaching.
Kenta Ichikawa (Coach)
During elementary school, I attended FC Tokyo's school and continued playing as a captain in high school and vocational school. I also gained coaching experience at Yokohama F.Marinos School and others while continuing as a player. From the 23rd year, I joined FC Tokyo as an assistant coach and from the 24th year, I have been coaching in the promotion department.
Jun Nakamura (Director of Promotion)
After graduating from Tsukuba University and its graduate school, he spent 6 years coaching at Iwata's soccer school. Joined FC Tokyo from 10 years ago and while pouring efforts as a conductor of promotional activities, we will continue to convey the charm of soccer.
Takataro ANDO (General Manager)
Played for FC Tokyo's predecessor, Tokyo Pere FC Hachioji. After that, gained coaching experience at vocational schools, etc. and made a comeback to FC Tokyo in 2009 as a coach. Worked for 3 years in the Area Promotion Department and now demonstrates their strength in the Promotion Department.
Yuji TANAKA (School Promotion Manager)
Joined FC Tokyo in 2019. In charge of school promotion in the promotion department since 23 years after going through the promotion department.

Tomoaki Seguchi (School Administration Office)
Previously, he served as a school coach and futsal facility manager, and joined FC Tokyo in November 2022. He is in charge of the Promotion Department's school office.
Tsuyoshi WATANABE (School Administration Office)
Previously, I was involved in the operation and design of futsal facilities, and will join FC Tokyo in 2023. I will make use of my past experience and work hard as the school office and school promotion.
