Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following flow:
- Warm-up (loosening the body and mind while communicating with everyone)
- Training 1 (based on stopping, kicking, and carrying as the foundation)
- Training 2 (applying what was done in Training 1)
- Game (with fewer participants, such as 5vs5)
*This is a beginner-friendly class, so the focus is on basic exercises. Beginners who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

※I am in charge of the futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu/Koganei) and adult futsal classes for ladies and beginners, as well as the Advanced Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu).
- Other coaches in the development department will be in charge (the assigned coach may change depending on the schedule).
□Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee should be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please make sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. Also, in the case of unauthorized absence, we may refuse entry in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
