FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Male and Female Super Beginner Class)" and the "Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class" in March due to popular demand.
The venue will be "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy futsal! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners.

"Adult Futsal Class (Co-ed Beginner Class)"
※The "Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class" is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from participating.
"Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class"
※The "Over 50 Class" is for men over 50 years old. The level does not matter, but we will have fun playing futsal together. This class is relaxed and easy, so please refrain from participating if you want to play seriously.
※Women-only classes are open to anyone over 18 years old, but for those over 50, training and games will be separated by gender, although the content will be the same.

Men and women super beginner class: Men and women over 18 years old who are super beginners
Over 50 futsal class: Men over 50 years old (please refrain from those who are competitive)
Women-only class: Women over 18 years old (level does not matter)

We will proceed as follows:
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the basics = stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was learned in Training 1)
・Game (Small numbers, such as 5 vs 5)
* This class is aimed at beginners, those over 50, and women, so the main focus will be on basic practice. It is also safe for those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before to participate.

2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment for participation
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) via cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation-related electronic money are accepted.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you miss the 17:00 deadline the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful. Additionally, in the case of no-show without notice, you may be declined in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

About Waiting List for Cancellations
For those who were not selected in the first-come-first-served results and have requested to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.
□Facility Usage
[Facility Guidelines]
・We will check your body temperature and confirm your health condition upon entry to the facility.
・Please fill out the visitor registration form for COVID-19 infection prevention measures (name, contact information, facility used, etc.)
・Please wear a mask for all visitors entering the building.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes will not be allowed to enter.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff.

【About the Use of Changing Rooms】
・When using lockers, please maintain distance to avoid close contact with others.
・Showers are available, but there are limited numbers. (There may be restrictions due to infection prevention measures)
・Please refrain from conversation between users.
・Please follow the instructions of the facility manager.
□Others
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed without indoor shoes. Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
・We will disinfect the soles of your shoes at the reception, so please cooperate.
・We will provide the balls.
・Your personal information such as address and name will be used for contacting you regarding this event and for providing information related to FC Tokyo.
・Please refrain from making inquiries at the gym.
