This event has been canceled due to the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus infection.
FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Male and Female Super Beginner Class)" and the "Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class" in August 2021.
The venue will be "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy futsal! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

"Adult Futsal Class (Mixed Super Beginner Class)"
※The Selected Class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. If you have experience in soccer or futsal, please refrain from participating.
"Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class"
*The Over 50 class is for men aged 50 and above. All skill levels are welcome, and participants will enjoy playing futsal together. This class is designed to be relaxed and easy, so please refrain from joining if you are looking for a more competitive experience.
※The women-only class is open to anyone over 18 years old, but for those over 50, training and games will be separated by gender. However, the content will be the same.

Men and women super beginner class: Men and women over 18 years old who are super beginners
Over 50 futsal class: Men over 50 years old (please refrain from participating if you are competitive)
Women-only class: Women over 18 years old (level does not matter)
※Limited to those who can have a spirit of respect for each other among participants.

Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following flow:
- Warm-up (loosening the body and mind while communicating with everyone)
- Training 1 (based on stopping, kicking, and carrying as the foundation)
- Training 2 (applying what was done in Training 1)
- Game (with fewer participants, such as 5vs5)
*This is a beginner-friendly class for those over 50 and women, so the main focus is on basic exercises. Even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee should be paid on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) through cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are accepted.
・In case of cancellation, please make sure to contact the school office by phone before 17:00 on the previous day (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 on the previous day, a cancellation fee (2,200 yen in full) will be charged, so please be careful. Also, in the case of an unexcused absence, you may be refused in future lotteries. The cancellation fee should be paid at the next participation.

・The event on Aug 7 will be open until Jul 28 (Wed) 23:59・The event on Aug 21 will be open until Aug 11 (Wed) 23:59※After the deadline, there may still be availability, so please confirm by calling (03-5600-4441).
※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results, we will inform you by email by the deadline, which is the Friday after the deadline.

About Waiting List for Cancellations
For those who were not selected in the order of arrival and requested to be put on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.
Facility Usage
[Facility Guidelines]
・We will check your body temperature and confirm your health condition upon entry to the facility.
・Please fill out the visitor registration form for COVID-19 infection prevention measures (name, contact information, facility used, etc.)
・Please wear a mask for all visitors entering the building.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes will not be allowed to enter.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff.

・If you have a fever
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. cough, sore throat, loss of taste, etc.)
・If there is a person suspected of being infected among family members or close acquaintances living together
[About the use of the changing room]
・When using the locker, please maintain a distance from others to avoid close contact.
- Showers are available, but there is a limited number. (There may be restrictions due to infection prevention measures)
・Please refrain from engaging in conversations between users
・Please follow the instructions of the designated administrator for other facility management.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself too hard.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). You will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・Please cooperate with us in disinfecting the soles of your shoes at the reception.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Regarding personal information such as your address and name, we will use it to contact you and provide information related to FC Tokyo.
・Please refrain from making inquiries at the Eifuku Gymnasium.
