FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Soccer and Futsal Workshop in Musashino Plaza" in November 2022. The venue is the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza, located adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium using a size 5 soccer ball. It is a beginner-friendly class for those who want to move their bodies, have fun kicking the ball, and learn the basics of soccer. We look forward to your participation.

Facility Usage
[Facility Notes]
・We will conduct health checks, such as measuring body temperature, at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Please wear a mask for all visitors entering the building.
・Please disinfect your hands at the entrance of the gymnasium.
・Those who do not bring indoor shoes will not be allowed to enter.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff.

・If you are not feeling well (e.g. cough, sore throat, loss of taste, etc.)
・If there is a person suspected of being infected among family members or close acquaintances living together
[About the use of the changing room]
・When using the locker, please maintain a distance from others to avoid close contact.
- Showers are available, but there is a limited number. (There may be restrictions due to the COVID-19 infection)
・Please refrain from engaging in conversations between users
・Please follow the instructions of the designated administrator for other facility management.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, please refrain from pushing yourself if you are not feeling well.
・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). You will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・Changing rooms are available.
・In the event of the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, there is a possibility that the event will be canceled.
