We will hold a soccer class for elementary school students in grades 1 to 4 and adults (18 years old and above) at the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza Sub Arena" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium in June.

We will hold a skill-up soccer class for children aiming to improve their soccer skills.
※This is a recommended event for those who want to be able to handle the ball freely, want to demonstrate their skills in the presence of opponents, and want to be able to move their bodies as they wish.
(2) Adult Soccer School
For men and women with soccer and futsal experience aged 18 and above (Mondays)
We will hold a soccer school for adults with soccer and futsal experience. After warm-up, we will focus on playing matches.
This is a recommended event for those who want to play a lot of games, those who want to move their bodies in soccer, and those who want to enjoy soccer.
(3) Adult Soccer School
For men and women aged 18 and above who are beginners in soccer and futsal (Tuesday)
Want to move your body! Want to have fun kicking the ball! Want to learn the basics of soccer!
This is a beginner-friendly school for those who have those desires.

▽About Match Training
To enhance skills that can be used in actual matches, we will conduct training and matches in situations where teammates and opponents are present, except for warm-ups. All training and match formats will be in the form of one-on-one training.
▽About Dribble Training
We will perform basic training to move the ball as desired and feint training to break through opponents, and the coach will provide tips that are crucial at that time. In addition to the above technical training, we will also conduct training and matches in situations where teammates and opponents are present in order to enhance skills that can be used in actual matches.
(2) Adult Soccer Class
After the warm-up, the gathered members will be divided into teams and the focus will be mainly on playing matches.

- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
