・Sep 4 (Mon) "Shoot"
We will conduct training to acquire the kicking technique necessary for shooting, and the coach will also provide tips that are important at that time.
We also conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents to enhance skills that can be used in actual games.
・Sep 11 (Mon) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo will focus on "displaying individual skills in attack and defense, habituating quick transitions, and maintaining continuity in play," which are the foundations of their new attacking style of soccer. They will conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents in order to enhance their skills that can be used in actual games. Except for warm-up, all training will be in the form of one-on-one and match-style training.

※We will inform the winners of each round separately about the payment method for the participation fee.

About Waiting List for Cancellations
For those who were not selected in the lottery and requested to be put on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.

・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (black-soled or training shoes and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. If possible, it is desirable to have indoor futsal shoes (flat shoes with non-marking soles).
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself.
・We have prepared the ball here (indoors, using a futsal ball).
