~What is Walking Football?~
It is a form of soccer that is played by walking, originating from the United Kingdom!
At FC Tokyo, regardless of gender, soccer or futsal experience, even those who are not good at sports can play without fear by introducing the rule of "playing while walking (fast walking is OK), no body contact, no heading", and providing everyone with the opportunity to enjoy kicking the ball!

This classroom will conduct both training and games while enjoying the basics.
(1) Warming up (Participants will communicate while having fun.)
(2) Training (Based on the fundamentals of "stopping, kicking, and carrying" while understanding the rules.)
(3) Game (We will play in small groups, such as 5 vs 5, to have more opportunities to touch the ball.)

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself.
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat shoes with non-marking soles) are preferred.
・We are preparing the ball here.
