Theme
・December 11 (Monday) "Running Class with New Balance"
In the first half of the classroom, we will invite a running coach from New Balance to teach participants the correct way of running, as an opportunity for them to learn the necessary running techniques for their age. In the second half, we will hold an event for playing a soccer match.
In addition, after class, we will also conduct proper foot size measurements and explain the characteristics of New Balance kids' shoes.

・December 18th (Monday) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo will focus on "individual skill development in attack and defense, habituation of quick switching, and continuity of play," which are the foundations of their new attacking style of soccer. They will conduct training and matches with teammates and opponents in order to improve their skills to be used in actual games. Except for the warm-up, all training and matches will be in a one-on-one format. Please try experiencing a match-style training with a different team than usual.
