We will be holding a soccer class for those 18 years and older at the Tokyo Gas Musashino-En Multipurpose Ground.
This time, we have prepared classes for both experienced and beginner/inexperienced players, so that anyone can participate, such as "I want to play a game to my heart's content on a wide field! I want to learn the basics of soccer! I want to have fun playing soccer!"
Experience the fun of soccer with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

"Experienced Soccer Class"
This is a valuable classroom where you can play 11v11 matches.
If you have experience or have learned soccer or futsal so far, the level is not a problem.
Welcome to those who want to play an 11 vs. 11 match after a long time! Please show your skills in the adjacent field where the top team players are practicing, in the same position as your admired players.


"Beginner Soccer Class"
This class is for those who want to move their body slowly and enjoy playing, and for those who want to kick a ball for the first time in a while.
We will play soccer together and have fun.
This will be a relaxed and easy-to-join classroom, so if you want to play seriously, please apply for the "Experienced Soccer Class".

※Note: All classes are limited to participants who can play with a spirit of respect towards each other.

Course Introduction
We will proceed in the following manner for each course.
[August 3rd (Sat)]
Experienced Soccer Class
We will hold it in the flow of [Warm-up → Match → Training → Match].
※After warming up to loosen the body and mind while communicating as a whole, the game will be played and each team will also train and compete.

[August 4 (Sun)]
Beginner Soccer Class
We will hold it in the flow of [Warm-up → Training 1 → Training 2 → Match].
<Training 1>
We will focus on practicing stopping and kicking.
<Training 2>
We will conduct training to carry the ball with shots and dribbles.

Matches will be held in 8 vs 8 format and so on.
※For beginners and inexperienced players, the main focus of the class is on basic training. Even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

The coach of the Development Department will be in charge.

2,500 yen (including insurance and tax)

The participation fee will be paid at the venue on the day of the event by (FC Tokyo staff) via cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
