③ Select the target event and target grade to apply.
Please note that if there is an error in the date of birth, you will not be able to apply for the corresponding grade.

□ About Cancellation
If you cancel, no cancellation fee will be charged until December 15 (Sunday) at 23:59.
* Cancellations after this point and no-shows on the day will incur a cancellation fee (full amount), so please be careful.
*Please note that if you apply after the cancellation deadline, cancellation fees will apply immediately after your application.

There is a possibility that the event may be canceled due to natural disasters or severe weather. There will be no rescheduled date in case of cancellation. *If more than half of the scheduled time has been conducted, it will be considered as held, and no refunds will be issued.
・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and they may be used in various materials and activity introductions. Please be aware of this in advance.
