■Process for Bringing in Customization
(1) Please come to the Uniform Custom Studio at the Main Gate 1 outside the goods store.
(2) Please present your SOCIO card or SOCIO membership card displayed on a digital device at reception.
(3) Please choose the name and number of your favorite player and pay the name and number fee of 4,400 yen (tax included).
(4) Please return to the Custom Studio at the estimated completion time to pick up your uniform.

We also offer name and number heat-pressing services for the Hundred-Year Vision League uniforms brought in at the following FC Tokyo official shops.

Fees and waiting times for on-site heat-pressing processing vary by store, so please contact each store directly for details.

■Important Notes
・We may verify your order history for purchases made through the official online shop.
・Processing will be carried out in the order of reception, so depending on the waiting time, there is a possibility that it may not be completed before the start of the match. Please understand this in advance.
・The heat-pressing service is limited to the Century Concept League official uniforms only. Even for eligible products, we do not accept heat-pressing on uniforms with player autographs or items that cannot be exchanged in case of defective pressing.
・Heat-pressing cannot be performed on Jr. uniforms at the Custom Studio in the stadium shops. Please consider bringing them to the official shops.
*Jr. sheets have a special specification compared to adult sheets, so processing may take more time.
・We accept only white marks for the 1st uniform and GK charcoal uniform, and black marks for the 2nd uniform and GK yellow uniform. Requests for different registration types cannot be accepted, so please understand this in advance. Also, original names & marks are not supported.
・Please note that depending on the stock status of names & numbers, the player you wish for may be out of stock.
・Uniforms accepted for bring-in processing must be brought in either unused or washed.
・Please be aware that stains or dirt not visible to the eye, which have penetrated the fabric, may appear like blotches due to the heat during processing.
・Returns, exchanges, or cancellations of processed products are not accepted under any circumstances.
・The finished result may vary slightly due to fabric stretch and seam placement.
・We do not guarantee washing durability, peeling, or cracking after heat pressing.
・Please care for the product according to the washing instructions on the tag.
・If there are signs of fabric deterioration (stickiness, powdering, cracking, stretching), dirt, or moisture, we may refuse processing. Thank you for your understanding.
