Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in April as well. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who are complete beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

Also, this time, it is divided into a super beginner category for both men and women, and a category for women only (there is no level division, but those who are competitive are not allowed). Please be sure to check.

Course Introduction
Each course will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, such as 5vs5)

※Responsible for futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Other coaches from the FC Tokyo Promotion Department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)
□Participation Fee
¥2,200 per session (including insurance and tax)
※Payment of the participation fee
・The participation fee should be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5:00 PM the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 5:00 PM the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = ¥2,200) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when participating in the lottery.
The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

[Regarding waiting list for cancellations]
For those who were not selected in the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list for cancellations, we will conduct another lottery only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.

※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
