Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Level)" in May as well.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together! The coaches are looking forward to your participation.
Also, this time, there are separate categories for both men and women in the super beginner category and for women only (there is no specific level division, but please refrain from participating if you are competitive). Please be sure to check.

・For women aged 16 and above only (There is no level distinction, but please refrain from participating if you are not competitive)

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

※I am in charge of the Futsal School (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the Adult Futsal Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu/Ladies & Beginners) on a regular basis.
- Other coaches in the development department will be in charge (the assigned coach may change depending on the schedule).

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 5/4 (Fri) 17:00 and 5/18 (Fri) 17:00 respectively.
※If it exceeds 17:00, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, in case of unauthorized absence, we may refuse entry in the future lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.
