□Purpose
We support the growth of players both in terms of their level of play and as individuals.

□Date of Event
Aug 6 (Mon) to Aug 9 (Thu), a 4-day period in the afternoon (approximately from 12:00 to 18:30)
※There may be slight changes to the start time

□Venue
TOKYO GAS FUKAGAWA GROUND (2-15-10 Sarue, Koto-ku, Tokyo)
※5 minutes walk from Exit B1 of Sumiyoshi Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line and Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line

□Content
FC Tokyo aims to develop aggressive soccer in both offense and defense, fostering strong players who take action and make their own decisions.
Field Player: Take action and make decisions on your own. Aim to be an aggressive player in both offense and defense.
・Improvement of individual abilities (skills, technical, physical, mental)・Improvement of individual tactics and tactical level.
・Developing individuals・Towards independent players.
・Create a mental image by watching video footage before training.

□ Schedule
※You will attend for 4 sessions without staying overnight.
<Day 1>
(1) Indoor Guidance (Video) ※Parents can also participate
(2) Video (Day 1 Theme)
(3) Practical Training: "Attack and Defense in front of the Goal"
<Day 2>
(1) Classroom Session (Nutritional Guidance) ※Parents are also welcome to participate
(2) Video (Review of Day 1 and Theme of Day 2)
(3) Practical Skills: Passing & Control
<Day 3>
(1) Indoor Practical Skills (Creating Various Movements)
(2) Video (Review of Day 2 and Theme of Day 3)
(3) Practical Skills: 3 vs 3 to 5 vs 5

<Day 4>
(1)Video indoors (looking back on Day 3 and preparing for the game)
(2)Practical training: 8-player game

Number of recruits
40 people (If there are many applicants, there will be a lottery)

Participation Fee
20,000 yen
※Includes a complete set of wear (1 shirt, 1 pair of pants, 1 pair of socks) and insurance fee
※Payment of participation fee will be made on the day of the event.

Jul 10 (Tue) until 17:00 ※If there are many applicants, it will be a lottery. The results of the lottery will be sent by email by Jul 13 (Fri).
