Regarding the decision to hold □
In case of bad weather or other circumstances, the event may be canceled.
In that case, the decision will be made one hour before the start of the event. In the event of cancellation, we will inform you on the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu website and Twitter. Please note that we will not contact you regarding the cancellation.

□ How to enter the facility
The Isetan Forus, located in the building where FC Tokyo Park Fuchu is, will open from 10:00. The elevator to go up to FC Tokyo Park Fuchu will be only one, starting from 8:30.

Facility Usage Guidelines
- Please do not bring your own ball (the facility will provide the ball).
・The facility is located on the rooftop of the building. The use of the ball is not allowed outside the pitch.
・You cannot enter the pitch with spikes. Please come in training shoes or futsal shoes.
・There may be times when it is difficult to reach us by phone. Please understand in advance.
・Photos may be taken during events. They may be used by FC Tokyo or FC Tokyo Park Fuchu. Please understand in advance.

□ Other
・It is assumed that you can participate for a period of 3 days, and we will not provide refunds for non-participation due to personal reasons.
・If you belong to a team, please make sure to obtain approval from your team before applying.
※Once you have applied, we will consider that you have obtained approval from your team.
・If we take photos during the event, they may be published in various FC Tokyo promotional media. Please understand in advance.
・Regarding personal information such as your address and name, we may use it to contact you and provide information about FC Tokyo Promotion Department.
