Recruitment of participants for "Adult Soccer School in Gaien" held in January 2019!

FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Soccer School in Gaien" in 2019 as well. The venue will be the "Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court".

Want to learn the basics of soccer! Want to enjoy soccer! This is a beginner-friendly soccer school for those who want to do so. Let's experience the fun of soccer together with the coaches and move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation.

※Due to facility circumstances, the soccer class will be conducted using futsal balls. Please understand in advance.

"Adult Soccer School in Gaien (Beginner Class)"

※Beginner class is for those who have not played soccer as a sport before, but have some experience or have taken lessons. Enjoyment is the top priority, and it is open to those who love FC Tokyo.

Course Introduction

We will proceed with the following flow for each.

・Warming up (with a theme, including icebreakers)

・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)

・Basic Training 2 (Training with Basic Techniques, Advanced Training)

・Game

19:30～21:00 (90 minutes)
Reception hours (19:00～19:30)
※The reception will be in the same location as the Gaien Soccer School reception (in front of Court 4).
※We will try our best to hold the event even in rainy weather, but in case of severe weather where safety cannot be guaranteed, it may be cancelled.
※There will be no alternate date for rescheduling in case of cancellation.

Beginners over 16 years old (high school students must have parental consent)

Participation Fee

1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)

※Payment methods for participation fees will be separately informed to participants.

・Please be sure to call the school office (03-5600-4441) by 16:00 on the day of cancellation.

※Please note that if it is past 16:00 on the day, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.
