FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Soccer School in Gaien" in March as well. The venue will be the "Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court".

Want to learn the basics of soccer! Want to enjoy soccer! This is a beginner-friendly soccer school for those who want to do so. Let's experience the fun of soccer together with the coaches and move our bodies together! We look forward to your participation.

*Due to facility constraints, the soccer lesson will be conducted using a futsal ball. Please understand in advance.

※Due to facility usage reasons, the adult soccer school at Meiji Jingu Gaien Futsal Club Shinanomachi Court will end in March.

"Adult Soccer School in Gaien (Beginner Class)"

※The beginner class is for those who have never experienced soccer before, or those who have learned but have not played as a sport. It is aimed at those who prioritize enjoyment and love FC Tokyo.

Course Introduction

We will proceed with the following flow for each.

・Warm-up (including icebreakers, following the theme)

・Basic Training 1 (Fundamental Techniques of the Theme)

・Basic Training 2 (Training with Basic Techniques and Applying Them)

・Game

※The reception will be in the same place as the reception for the Gaien Soccer School (in front of Court 4).
※We will try to hold the event even in rainy weather, but if it is difficult to ensure safety due to severe weather conditions, it may be canceled.
※There will be no rescheduled date in case of cancellation.

Beginners aged 16 and above (high school students must have parental consent)
