Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)
※This is a beginner-friendly class, so the main focus is on basic training. Additionally, even those who have never kicked a ball before or have never engaged in any physical activity can participate with peace of mind.

Participation Fee
1 time 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee should be paid on the day of the event at the venue, which is the First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please make sure to contact the school office by phone no later than 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. Also, in the case of an unauthorized absence, we may refuse entry in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.
