We conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents to enhance skills that can be used in actual matches. Except for warm-up, all training and matches will be in the form of person-to-person and match formats.

We aim to develop a habit of taking the opponent's ball on our own initiative.
Basic technical training to steal the ball is conducted, and the coach also provides tips that are important at that time.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, please refrain from pushing yourself if you are not feeling well.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・We have prepared the ball here (indoors, using a futsal ball).
