In July 2023, we will also hold the "Adult Soccer School in Musa Plaza". The venue is the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium. For those who want to move their bodies! For those who want to enjoy kicking a ball! For those who want to learn the basics of soccer!
This is a beginner-friendly class for those who fit these descriptions. We look forward to your participation.

For men and women aged 18 and older with experience in soccer and futsal
We will hold a soccer class for adults with experience in soccer and futsal. After warm-up, we will focus on playing matches.
This event is recommended for those who want to play a lot of matches, those who want to move their bodies through soccer, and those who want to enjoy soccer.
▽Tuesday
For men and women aged 18 and above who are beginners in soccer and futsal.
We will enjoy both training and games while focusing on the basics. Please refrain from participating if you are serious about it or have a competitive mindset.

About Waiting List for Cancellations
For those who were not selected in the lottery and requested to be put on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, please refrain from pushing yourself if you are not feeling well.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・The ball is prepared here (futsal ball is used for Monday matches, soccer ball is used for Tuesday matches).
・There is a changing room.
・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used in various productions and activity introductions. Please be aware of this in advance. Also, please be aware that the coverage of this event may be posted on various advertising media such as the FC Tokyo website and the Musashino-En Comprehensive Sports Plaza website to introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
