[7/13 Update] [Intermediate to Advanced] Announcement of "2023 FC Tokyo Futsal Skill Up Summer Clinic (Elementary School Students)"

We will be accepting additional applications for the 5th and 6th grade (FP) course and (GK) course until July 20th (Thu) 23:59.

We will hold the "FC Tokyo Futsal Skill Up Summer Clinic" for all elementary school grades.
Through intense futsal training, players will develop quick decision-making skills during gameplay, which will become a significant advantage for them as soccer players. The techniques and tactics learned in this clinic should be applicable not only to futsal but also to soccer.
In addition, this year as well, we will be holding the "Goalkeeper Course" for elementary school students in grades 3 to 6 simultaneously.

※The event will be divided into two parts each day: morning (10:00-13:00) and afternoon (15:00-18:00). Only on the first day, it will start from the afternoon (15:00-18:00).
※You will attend without staying for 3 days

□Implementation Details

(1) Specialized training and games for futsal (common to all courses)
・Aim to become a player who can make quick decisions for appropriate plays while honing individual skills.
・Aim to acquire skills and tactics that can be applied to soccer, and increase the range of plays.


(2)Meeting (for elementary school students in grades 3-6)
- Grasp the image of the play and approach the training after organizing the points.
- Conduct individual reviews based on actual game footage.


(3) Training Match (for elementary school students in grades 3-6)
- Fully demonstrate the results of training as the culmination of the clinic.

All courses will be non-residential.

Techniques for stealing the ball (such as step work and body movement)

Day 2 / Dribble
Dribbling techniques to break through the opponent (vertical breakthrough and cut-in towards the center)

Shift the timing of shooting technique to score goals, second post

AM: No event (the first day will start in the afternoon)
PM: Basic techniques of futsal... dribbling, kicking, foot control, and other skills

Day 2
AM: Techniques and individual tactics to steal the ball... Techniques to steal the ball (such as step work and body movement)
PM: Counter-attack... Techniques and tactics to score goals by transitioning from defense to offense

Day 3
AM: Counter Defense... Techniques and tactics to defend the goal by transitioning from attack
PM: Training Match *Opponent to be announced at a later date


▽Elementary School 3-6th Grade Target (GK Course)
<Day 1>
AM: No event (the first day will start in the afternoon)
PM: Goalkeeper's basic techniques... basic stance, catch, and throwing techniques

Day 2
AM: Positioning to defend the goal... techniques for movement (stepping) and positioning (angle play)
PM: Techniques to stop shots... techniques such as rolling down, diving, and foot saves

Day 3
AM: How to defend goals in 1vsGK situations... defensive techniques for covering spaces and blocking
PM: Training match ※ The opponent for the training match will be announced at a later date

31,900 yen (tax included / includes 2 shirts and insurance)

37,400 yen (tax included / includes 2 shirts and insurance fee)


※We will inform you of the payment method and other details after the participation is confirmed.
※The shirt is a New Balance event original shirt. Please note that it will be handed out in a unified size for each grade, so please understand in advance.

□Items to bring
(1)Appropriate attire for futsal (pants, socks)
※Elementary school students in grades 3 to 6 have two sets in the morning and afternoon.
(2) Shoes
※Elementary school 1st and 2nd graders should wear training shoes (spikes not allowed)
※Elementary school students in grades 3 to 6 should bring indoor futsal shoes (soles should be "amber" or "white" in color and have the description "non-marking")
(3)Shin guards
(4)Water bottle - bring extra during the summer
(5)Towel
(6)Change of clothes - for transportation to and from the venue
(7)Stationery
(8)Lunch - only for elementary school students in grades 3 to 6(9)Goalkeeper gloves, knee and elbow supports, etc. - only for GK course

Until July 20, 2023 (Thursday) 23:59 ※Acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The reply deadline will be within 3 days after application, and we will inform you of the acceptance result by email by the deadline.


※If there are many applications, participants will be determined based on our criteria, such as technical level and transportation burden from your home to the venue. Please note that we cannot answer any questions regarding the criteria and decision in advance.
※We will inform you of the lottery results by email by the reply deadline for each course. If you do not receive an email even after the day following the reply deadline, please contact the school office (03-5600-4441).

・Details of the day will be provided to you by email after your participation is confirmed.
・Photographing the event and uploading it to individual SNS accounts, etc. is strictly prohibited.
・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used by FC Tokyo Promotion Department for various productions and activity introductions, so please understand in advance.
