▽Defense (Stealing the ball)
We aim to develop the habit of going to steal the opponent's ball on our own.
Basic technical training to steal the ball is conducted, and the coach also provides tips that are important at that time.
▽Dribbling
Perform basic training to move the ball as desired and practice feints to break through opponents, with the coach providing tips on key points during the training.
▽Shoot
We conduct training to acquire the kicking technique necessary for shooting and the coach will also provide tips that are important at that time.
▽Match Training
FC Tokyo focuses on "the display of individual skills in offense and defense, the habituation of quick switching, and the continuity of play," which are the foundations of attacking soccer. We conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents in order to enhance skills that can be used in actual matches. Except for warm-up, all training and matches are in the form of person-to-person and match-style training.
