We would like to inform you of the progress report as of today, July 24 (Mon), regarding the following incidents that occurred in the 3rd round of the Emperor's Cup JFA 103rd All Japan Soccer Championship held on July 12, 2023 (Wed).

□Progress Report and Response for Each Event
(1) F.C.Prohibition of bringing and using explosives and dangerous substances inside the FC Tokyo side general admission stand behind the goal in Tokyo
In addition to the three individuals who have offered to carry out the same act, one person who was involved in the same act made a declaration by July 20th (Thursday), and we conducted an interview on July 22nd (Saturday). Based on this, we are proceeding with the response in accordance with the instructions of the Japan Football Association (JFA), including the previously reported three individuals.
Furthermore, for each individual who has made a declaration this time, FC Tokyo will prohibit them from entering any related matches (regardless of whether they are home or away) until the JFA's decision is made.
We will continue to investigate and identify individuals who were involved in the accompanying act, in addition to the declarant.
(2) Tobitakyu Station Front Signboard Vandalism (Advertisement Signboard Defacement)
Regarding this matter, a report of damage has been submitted to the police as a violation of the law, and the police are currently taking action regarding the four individuals who were reported. We will continue to cooperate with the police investigation.
Regarding the same four individuals, as previously reported, FC Tokyo has banned them from entering any matches related to the club (regardless of home or away). Once the police investigation is concluded, we will discuss with the individuals involved and take appropriate actions accordingly.
Once again, at FC Tokyo, we will strive even harder to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, by ensuring the dissemination and strict adherence to the viewing rules based on the match operation management regulations. We will also further strengthen the prevention of recurrence and enhance manners education for fans and supporters, in order to sincerely respond to the cooperation and understanding of the local community, with a focus on the people in the vicinity of the stadium.
